We are currently seeking a young and dynamic Foreman with residential construction experience who can converse fluently in Afrikaans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing small construction projects, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of residential construction projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on site
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets
- Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure they are performing their tasks effectively

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in residential construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English, both written and spoken
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
