- Provide remote IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system in ConnectWise Manage PSA
- Manage RMM services (Connectwise Automate, Addigy MDM, Intune)
- Provide remote support to end users
- Manage Active Directory, domains, and backup servers
- Administer and manage M365 (upgrades, licenses, user management)
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure services (including Azure WVD, Azure AD)
- Manage online security services (Keeper Security, ProofPoint, BitDefender, SentinelOne)
- Provide network administration for Meraki and Ubiquiti devices
- Set up laptops and desktops remotely
- Serve as an escalation point of contact
- Manage various projects (cloud migration, client onboarding)
- Manage and migrate documentation using Hudu
- Understand MacOS for support purposes
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users Windows and MacOS.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support when necessary.
- Document solutions and update knowledge base.
Primary Job Details
· 08:00 – 17:00 CST
· 80 Hours PTO per annum
· Fully Remote

Candidate Requirements
Experience & Competencies
· Proficiency in Windows, MacOS, Office 365, Automate, CW Manage, Addigy MDM, Intune.
· Networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Port Forwarding).
· Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD.
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Preferred Attributes (Not Required)
· CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, ITIL, etc.
· Experience with ConnectWise, Addigy MDM, Hudu / IT Glue
· Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
