About Our Client Our client is a leading digital agency specializing in high-performance creative assets and digital marketing strategies for luxury brands targeting high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) audiences. Key Responsibilities Client relations: Primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build a strong rapport with clients outside of performance remit. Campaign oversight: Provide strategic oversight for campaign builds, oversee campaign builds/checks, and review/sign-off junior team members' work in these areas, guiding and developing team members where needed. Implement digital marketing strategies and recommendations: Deliver effective strategic recommendations across client portfolios, supporting junior team members to develop their strategic understanding and skill set. Challenge clients when relevant if their strategic direction is unlikely to work, offering alternative solutions with examples and case studies from other clients when relevant. Deliver insight-led digital marketing recommendations: Whether targeting, platform selection, film formats – insight-led decision-making is at the heart of the role. Deliver recommendations for owned clients and support junior team members with development on their clients. Deliver the implementation, management, and optimisation of campaigns across multiple platforms: Predominantly through search, display, and paid social, but constantly on the lookout for new approaches. Ensure effective optimisation across client portfolios and effective performance from junior/outsourced teams. Deliver performance analysis and reporting: Identifying opportunities, making recommendations for improvement, and generating insights for future opportunities. Work collaboratively with other internal or external teams: Including other team members, new business, creative, and web teams to produce campaigns, creative ideas, targeting opportunities, and ensure alignment across the agency. Problem Solving: Responsible for ensuring client or team issues are resolved, supporting junior team members to resolve their problems. Involving SAM/DD only when required. Innovation and digital trends: Stay on top of the latest industry developments. Identify innovation that can improve internal processes, increase agency revenue/margin, and client performance. Team Leadership: Support SAM/Digital Director in team management, ensuring tasks are effectively delegated. Identify areas for improvement in the team and escalate concerns in a timely manner. Adhere to Scope: Keep client scope in mind to ensure that the company remains profitable whilst delivering services effectively – ensuring that other team members also don’t allow consistent scope creep. Communication: Ensure communication is exceptional – whether presenting (in person/on calls), in written documents, emails etc. Support junior team members with their communication approach. Excellence: Ensure excellence across all aspects and do not settle for ‘good enough’ e.g. process adherence, typos, document design, creative etc.
Candidate Requirements
Proven Experience in Digital Marketing Campaigns: Managing and overseeing digital marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on performance-driven strategies. Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimising performance and achieving client goals. Problem-Solving Ability: Proven track record of resolving performance-related issues such as ad disapproval's, low-performing campaigns, and complex client queries, with a focus on delivering effective solutions. Strategic Oversight: Experience in providing strategic oversight of digital marketing campaigns, guiding junior team members, and ensuring campaigns are optimised for maximum performance across multiple channels. Performance Reporting Expertise: Strong skills in performance analysis, reporting, and presenting actionable insights to clients, with a focus on data-led decision-making and improving future campaigns. Client-Facing Experience: Excellent client management skills, with the ability to communicate campaign performance, set expectations, and provide clear recommendations for improvement to both clients and internal teams. Leadership Skills: Experience in managing and developing junior team members, with a focus on delegating tasks effectively while ensuring performance standards are met across the team. Innovation Mindset: Ability to stay ahead of digital marketing trends, identify new opportunities for performance improvements, and drive innovation that enhances campaign results. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, particularly in reviewing performance data, optimising campaigns, and ensuring all elements of campaigns meet the highest standards for excellence. Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering clear, performance-focused reports and presenting recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
