Our client, a luxury lodge group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing tailored sales strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, and fostering strong relationships with high-end clients. This role will also be responsible for overseeing sales performance, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional experiences for our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting domestic and international luxury clients to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to booking confirmations and client conversion.
- Negotiate contracts with high-end clients, ensuring terms align with the luxury experience and fostering long-term relationships.
- Marketing and Brand Management:
- Lead the design and execution of high-end marketing campaigns to promote the lodge's brand, facilities, and services.
- Develop digital marketing strategies, including social media, online ads, email marketing, and content creation, emphasizing exclusivity.
- Collaborate with in-house teams to ensure marketing materials reflect the luxury positioning of the brand.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust strategies and stay ahead of industry demands.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, travel agents, corporate partners, and influencers.
- Provide exceptional service to address inquiries and special requests, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze feedback to refine the luxury experience offered.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and marketing budgets.
- Track sales performance, campaign results, and client satisfaction to assess effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to uncover new business opportunities.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
- Ensure ongoing training and development to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Foster a cohesive and high-performing team culture in a fast-paced luxury market.
- Collaboration with Operations:
- Work closely with the operations and guest services teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts.
- Ensure all communications and promotional materials align with luxury service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations related to health, safety, and luxury accommodation standards.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury sales and marketing, within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with sales forecasting, budget management, and performance analysis.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with high-net-worth clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of a luxury brand.
