Candidate Requirements

Requirements would be:

• · Fluent in Afrikaans & English
• · Relevant marketing diploma or degree.
• · At least 3 years’ experience in marketing.
• · Computer Literate (MS Office suite and reservations/ POS programs)
• · Excellent communication and people skills
• · Detail-oriented, organised and responsible
• · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing messages and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• · Professional and well groomed
• · Of sober habits- excellent past track record
• · Vibrant, friendly, experienced, implements and follows through new concepts and procedures.
• · Must have Valid driver’s license

Main duties will include (but not limited to):

• · Be responsible for ensuring the currency and maintenance of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Websites, etc.)
• · Market to Corporates, Schools and individuals.
• · Be required to visit potential clients as deemed necessary.
• · Provide feedback to the relevant personnel regarding marketing opportunities and developments.
• · Monthly reports on marketing activities shall be submitted.

Coordinate the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives:

• · Understand company objectives.
• · Conduct market research.
• · Define target audience.
• · Set marketing objectives.
• · Develop a marketing plan.
• · Implement marketing tactics.
• · Track and measure results.
• · Optimise and adapt.
• · Align with other departments.
• · Stay informed and innovative.

Create and publish all marketing material in line with marketing plans:

• · Plan and organise your marketing materials.
• · For each marketing material, create a creative brief that outlines the key objectives, target audience, messaging, style, and any specific requirements or guidelines.
• · Ensure brand consistency.
• · Determine the most effective channels for publishing.
• · Coordinate publication schedules.
• · Monitor performance and gather feedback.
