At our company, we’re a leading provider in the marketing sector sector, known for our innovative products/services and exceptional customer service. We are expanding our team and are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Direct Sales Agent to help us reach new customers and achieve sales targets.
As a Direct Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to directly engage with potential customers, showcase our products/services, and close sales. You'll work independently and be empowered to manage your sales pipeline, all while building strong relationships with clients.
Roles
- Identify and prospect new clients via phone calls, in-person meetings, and other outreach methods.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and secure new business.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Keep detailed records of all sales interactions using our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, concerns, and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for success.
- Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and cold-calling.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
