As a Direct Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to directly engage with potential customers, showcase our products/services, and close sales. You'll work independently and be empowered to manage your sales pipeline, all while building strong relationships with clients.

Roles

• Identify and prospect new clients via phone calls, in-person meetings, and other outreach methods.
• Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers.
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and secure new business.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Keep detailed records of all sales interactions using our CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, concerns, and feedback.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity.

• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as needed.
