If you have a passion for the food manufacturing industry and are ready for new challenges and growth, our client, a leading Food Manufacturing company in Johannesburg, is seeking a Production Manager to join their dynamic team!

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in a relevant qualification.
5 years’ experience in a similar Production Manager role, ideally within the food manufacturing industry.
6+ years of experience in an FMCG environment, with a strong understanding of fast-paced production processes.
Excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate teams effectively.
In-depth knowledge of production planning, cost management, and quality assurance in a food manufacturing setting.
