About the Role:

Our client is looking for a skilled Construction Manager with 8+ years of experience in building projects to oversee and manage all aspects of construction from planning to completion.  You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.  

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field.

·        8+ years of proven experience as a Construction Manager in building projects.

·        Professional registration with SACPCMP is essential.

·        PMP certification is highly desirable.

·        In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

Responsibilities:

·        Lead and manage all on-site construction activities.

·        Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

·        Manage subcontractors and suppliers.

·        Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

·        Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.

·        Effectively communicate with stakeholders.
