Looking for a qualified auto electrician with excellent managerial skills, giving leadership to under qualified technicians and making sure workmanship if of a high quality before vehicles leaves workshop.

Candidate must be able to delegate these technicians and educate them allocating them jobs for the day, organising the workshop lay out keeping it nice and tidy environment for everyone to work in. 

Candidate must have excellent people skills, handling our customers with priority and other staff employed by the company. 

Daily tasks include, dealing with walk in customers, handing out jobs according to technicians abilities, work on any vehicle themselves where necessary, be hands on in checking technicians work and doing quality checks before vehicle can go out or be handed back to customers, making sure customers are quoted before jobs commence, getting vehicles out in a timely manner, keeping customers happy.
