Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to support quality assurance efforts within our automotive vehicle manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality inspection, a solid understanding of industry standards, and a keen eye for identifying defects and areas for improvement.

Candidate Requirements
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform quality checks using industry-standard tools and techniques, such as statistical process control (SPC), process capability analysis, and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
- Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Assist in root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to improve product quality and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, inspection reports, and test results.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949, and other relevant quality standards.
- Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and procurement teams to uphold quality expectations throughout the manufacturing process.
- Assist in training production staff on quality procedures, best practices, and company standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging quality control technologies.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the organization.
- Associate degree, certification, or relevant technical training in Quality Control, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in quality control within the automotive manufacturing industry specifically.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, and other quality management systems.
- Experience with quality inspection tools, measurement equipment, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software is a plus.
