A well established company based in Rosebank is seeking a Personal Assistant to Director.
Duties:
- Coordinate travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Regularly monitor and manage the inbox, ensuring timely responses and flagging important messages for follow-up.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates as needed.
- Assist with typing up documents, reports, and other materials as required.
- Serve as a trusted aide, handling a variety of tasks and solving problems to support your supervisor's needs.
- Provide occasional support to the Quantity Surveying Manager as required.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
- Relevant Courses and dree (Advantageous)
Computer Literacy:
MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
