Fabulous opportunity for a Junior Bookkeeper to Balance sheet/Junior Accountant to join a fast growing FMCG Company based in Greenstone. Duties include but not limited :-
- Outlook Budget – Add Actuals
- National Overhead Budget – Add Actuals
- Balance all Budgets to Financials
- Expenses
- Creditors
- Reconciliations – Salary Account and capture on Pastel
- Recon Credit Cards, Checking all slips and Capture
- Sales – Create, Pull and Check
- Reconcile the Income Statement
- Reconcile Balance Sheet
- Reconcile Expense and Fleet and Journal
- Start the Financials for the Month
- Complete Financials
- VAT
- Checking of all Sales, EFT’s – check and authorize
- Authorise SOP’s and Capture
- Checking all Journals and Petrol Card Applications
- Checking and completing Credit Applications
Grade 12
Bookkeeping to Balance Sheet or Accounting Diploma/Degree highly advantageous
Minimum of 2 to 3 Years’ experience
Excellent communications skills
Pastel/Sage Evolution highly advantageous
Own transport
Required Skills
- Bookkeeping To Balance Sheet: 2 to 3 years
- Accounting Clerk: 2 to 3 years
- Junior Accountant: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
