Identify Prospective Partnerships

•        Identify and research potential clients in the sales and insurance industries that align with the goals and values of the recruitment project.

•        Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the client's pipeline.

•        Conduct ongoing market research.

Engagement and Relationship Building

•        Develop and maintain client relationships.

•        Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with managers.

•        Make and give presentations to prospective clients.

•        Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.

Administrative Duties

•        Track and report on the status of proposal components.

•        Prepare and submit recruitment contracts.
