Working hours are in office from 16:00 to 1:00 (aligned with USA hours), and we're on the hunt for someone who thrives on engaging with clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Clients support and monitoring.
• Liaising between the client and the suppliers we work with
• Filing of USA Export Filings
• Scheduling pickups with suppliers
• Assisting with demos and support of the company's online Platform
• Troubleshooting of errors clients may be facing
• Monitoring of online chats with clients and providing guidance and support
• Liaising with in-house development team on fixing bugs/adding new features

Qualities and skills, we require
The role is open to any candidate that fulfills the criteria below:
• Willingness to work night hours of 4pm to 1am
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Self-motivator
• Great social abilities with clients
