Employer: Tumaini Consulting

We are seeking a dedicated Audit Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of post-article experience from a mid-tier firm who is ready to take on greater responsibilities in audit engagements.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and supervise audit teams on multiple client engagements

· Review working papers and financial statements for accuracy and compliance

· Ensure audits are completed efficiently within deadlines

· Provide mentorship and training to junior audit staff

· Maintain strong client relationships and provide advisory support

Qualifications/Experience:

· Completed SAICA articles

· At least 1 year of post-article experience (preferably from a mid-tier firm)

· Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and relevant regulations

· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
