Candidate Requirements

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in R&D or product development, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.

This role involves assisting in the development of new products, conducting product testing and evaluations, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards like HACCP and ISO 22000. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate lab-scale formulas to full production.
