Vacancy Details
Employer: Tramontina Africa (Pty) Ltd
- To provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including sending orders to dispatch, booking collections & deliveries, following up on deliveries, follow up on outstanding payments from clients, sending statements;
- Screen and direct incoming calls and taking messages;
- General client liaison including greeting visitors, scheduling meetings and appointments etc;
- Welcoming clients and suppliers and providing refreshments;
- Updating contact lists and updating reports;
- Liaise with various service providers;
- Prepare and assist with the collection of data for such monthly, quarterly and annual reports as may be required from time to time.
- Support the sales team with product information, quotes, files and presentations etc.
- Control and revise the order placement, quoting and invoicing processes.
- Liaison with the logistics suppliers, following up deliveries to our clients and assisting with the after sales processes.
- Follow up the commercial and marketing activities, collecting feedback from the clients and market in general.
- Analyze measure and control the obtained results.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or International Trade; Marketing or studying towards it, or another relevant qualification;
- A good command of the English language (written & verbal); and Afrikaans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & SAP.
- No work experience required
- Willing to develop a long term career in the company.
