We are looking for a Receptionist / General Assistant to support our Wellington Branch.

Candidate Requirements
KEY DUTIES
ADMINISTRATION
- Manage the office stationery, consumables, and inventory.
- Arrange the printing, posting or courier of documents.
- Operating the switchboard and assisting with stakeholder queries.
- Assisting the Portfolio managers with any work or function to be undertaken on behalf of the Body Corporate or Homeowners Association or as requested by the Portfolio Managers.
- Other admin functions as required from time to time.
SECRETERIAL
- Attending to agendas, proxies, voting slips, nominations, drafting and typing of meeting minutes.
- Levy increase letters to be distributed to owners within 14 days of AGM
- AGM Notices distributed within regulatory timelines
- Client request and queries to be addressed within 2 days of receipt
- Storing and maintain of minute and minute books, resolutions, register of members, sectional title bond holders, attendance registers, participation quotas of each member, conduct and management rules, insurance policies, employee records, other records in respect of the property scheme.
- Preparing and dispatching of all notices to members of the scheme
- Compilation, typing and distribution of circulars or newsletters (as collated by the Trustees).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Previous experience in any of the above key duties will be to the candidate’s advantage.
- Reliable transport
