- Brand Strategy Development:
- Define and implement the brand’s vision, positioning, and identity in alignment with global market trends.

- Marketing & Advertising:
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support brand visibility and product launches.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, e-commerce platforms, and content creation.
- Market Analysis & Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Sales & Distribution:
- Work closely with sales teams to develop retail and wholesale strategies for different regions.
- Establish partnerships with international distributors and retailers to expand market reach.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to achieve brand objectives.
- Foster collaboration among marketing, sales, and product development teams.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the brand’s budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI for marketing initiatives.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue targets.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Textile Brand Manager to lead the strategic and operational development of our international home textile brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, enhancing market presence, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing and product strategies across global markets.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the home textile or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of international markets and cultural differences.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful branding and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in market research tools and analytics.
