- Oversee and manage teams of Logistics Specialists, ensuring their performance meets organizational standards and KPIs.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and development sessions to build a high-performing team.
- Lead conflict resolution within teams and promote a collaborative work culture.
- Manage escalations from Logistics Specialists, providing guidance and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Monitor and ensure efficient trip bookings, passenger grouping, and driver assignments across multiple applications.
- Review and validate daily tracking reports and shift schedules created by Logistics Specialists.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards for drivers and passengers.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for on-site issues, including emergencies.
- Conduct regular audits of processes such as driver evaluations, vehicle inspections, and compliance tests.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, addressing their needs and feedback promptly.
- Act as the main point of contact for complex client and site-specific challenges.
- Conduct site visits to monitor operations, ensure compliance, and maintain order.
- Collaborate with site managers to ensure seamless operations across all locations.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-boosting strategies.
- Support the Financial Manager by providing accurate invoicing data, including kilometer tracking.
- Work closely with the Driver Specialist to manage supply and ensure availability for shifts.
- Report to senior leadership on team performance, operational challenges, and resolutions.
Position Overview:
The Mid-Level Logistics Manager is a senior operational role responsible for overseeing and managing teams of Logistics Specialists while ensuring smooth operations across all logistical processes. This role involves strategic oversight, team leadership, and direct involvement in optimizing transport and on-site management functions. The ideal candidate will possess leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and the ability to maintain client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in logistics software and tools, including routing and scheduling applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively, resolve conflicts, and deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
