Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily client interactions, including documentation, queries, and cash systems.
- Oversee the onboarding of new clients and maintain up-to-date records for existing ones.
- Handle settlements, perform reconciliations, and manage exchange control applications.
- Deliver outstanding client service and resolve queries efficiently.
- Provide accurate rate quotes and optimize profitability.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or certification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative environment.
- Proficiency in Outlook and other related software packages.
- Strong conceptual thinking, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
