FRUIT PACKLINE MANAGER

The primary objective of this position is to apply effective management processes in order to ensure the smooth and seamless packing of stone- and citrus fruit, as well as pomegranates, for global and local retailers and markets.

The incumbent, reporting directly to the Managing Director, will be part of a dynamic operational team.

Responsibilities will, amongst others, include:

• planning, monitoring and managing all production, packing, quality and people related aspects affecting a packline
• proactive communication with all applicable stakeholders
• focus on problem prevention- and solving
• ensure adherence to quality assurance and market compliances at all times
• managing of the packline’s capacity, productivity, production data and management information.
