HEAT TREATMENT OPERATOR
* METALLURGY Qualification would be HIGHLY ADVANTAGE
* Matric or Equivalent

* Double check Temperatures & times for different Materials on
  Job Card
* Place Material in the FURNACE
* Quench all Blades in Oil after Heat Treatment, if required
* Check Blades to determine if the need to be clamped in the
   Press or Anvil
* Weigh All Jobs & Record the correct Weight on the Job Card
* Check Gas & Oil weekly
* Attend to HEAT TREATMENT & Documentation to be
   completed
* Clean Criminal record - will be verified
