- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Limpopo region to increase the company’s market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell the full range of Keystone Milling products and services to customers in the agricultural, industrial, and food production sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand customer trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager and senior management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in Limpopo, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues or queries.
- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure regular follow-up to maintain a high level of service.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, including product recommendations, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity logs, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales transactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Keystone Milling’s product offerings, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new product developments, and changes in customer requirements.
- Educate clients on the benefits and uses of Keystone Milling products through regular communication, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Provide valuable feedback from customers regarding market needs, product performance, and competitor offerings to help shape future product strategies.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other internal teams to align on sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with new and existing customers, and promoting Keystone Milling’s product offerings in the Limpopo region. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely delivery of products and services. The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence in Limpopo and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements
- A high school diploma is required; a relevant qualification in sales, business, or a related field is desirable.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the milling, agriculture, food production, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing customer relationships.
- Knowledge of the Limpopo region, including key industries and customer demographics, is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to drive sales and achieve results.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to generating leads and securing new business.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while adhering to deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
