JOB TITLE: PROMOTIONS AND EVENTS MANAGER (P08)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implement and manage the Winners Circle casino loyalty programme including collateral, awareness, promotional strategies, event and entertainment strategies, local partnerships, customer relationship management and fulfilment.
• Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of the Winners Circle database, ensure an aggressive and active direct marketing plan to drive acquisition and retention.
• Execute approved promotions and promotional strategy at the property with efficiency and aplomb – ensuring excitement, vibe and excellent customer satisfaction.
• Attend the majority of large-scale gaming events / draws / activations and ensure their excellence.
• Plan a relevant and financially viable entertainment calendar implemented and communicated effectively to increase the right footfall on complex – ensuring conversions strategies to increase gaming.
• Collaborate with the VIP Host and Gaming Management to produce memorable events for top-end gaming clients.
• Ensure all marketing materials on the property, including but not limited to posters, banners, signage, screens, in-house radio, in-room channels, stationery, brochures, flyers, pamphlets etc are correct, relevant and in good repair.
• Be a community manager of the relevant Social Media channels focusing on content and engagement.
• Work with the Food & Beverage team to ensure the smooth and timeous roll-out of any menus, specials and other such promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement effective Corporate Social Investment initiatives and projects.
• Compile effective month-end and adhoc reports on marketing effectiveness, ROI, Winners Circle statistics etc. and contribute to the resort’s effective OPCO reporting.
• Ensure marketing activities compliance with Peermont company policies, adhere to all legal requirements and vetting by the relevant Central Marketing and Resort Management.
Candidate Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• A proven track record in a similar role / A Marketing Degree or Diploma is essential
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Marketing supervisory role, preferably in the gaming, hospitality, or entertainment industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Office 365, including above average computer and presentation skills
• Ability to interact with people at all levels - Innovation and creativity, with attention to detail
• Good organisational and administrative skills and be a team player with superior communication skills
• Be emotionally mature in working under pressure
SPECIFIC OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Be willing to travel as and when required
• Be able to work extended hours and over weekends and public holidays
• Will be required to obtain a Gaming Board Licence from the relevant Gambling Board
