We are looking for a vibrant, dynamic, customer orientated and well-spoken to join our team as a receptionist.
Candidates' responsibilities include but not limited;
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Typing, preparing and collecting reports
- Handling customer's complaints in a timely and proffesional manner
- Welcome visitors, direct them to the appropriate area, and announce
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, and schedule courier pickups
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and inventory management
Requirements
- Minimum requirement: Grade 12
- Minimum 1 year experience in a receptionist capacity
- Computer proficiency
