- System Servicing and Commissioning
- Perform routine maintenance, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm systems and emergency lighting in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications and regulatory standards.
- Diagnose system errors or faults and implement appropriate solutions.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide on-site technical support to customers to resolve system issues efficiently.
- Consult with senior personnel to address unusual or complex problems.
- Customer Service
- Deliver outstanding customer service by building strong relationships and responding to client needs in a professional manner.
- Represent the company in a professional and trustworthy manner through proper uniform, vehicle upkeep, and documentation.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards during on-site visits.
- Produce detailed service reports and recommend system improvements where necessary.
- Monitor system performance and proactively suggest upgrades or maintenance schedules.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the technical and field teams to share information and resolve challenges.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and opportunities for service enhancement.

Role: Field Service Engineer
Due to business expansion, we are looking for additional field service engineers to join our team.
Location: Southern Ireland
Job type: Full time, permanent
Working hours: 40 hours per week, overtime paid additionally.

- Electrical Engineering: 2 to 3 years
- Fire Alarm Maintenance: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
- Recognized Electrical Engineering Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fire alarm systems or electrical/electronic systems.
- Familiarity with mobile tools, apps, and MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Full, clean driving license.
- English language proficiency.
- Must qualify for Irish VISA
- Previous field service experience.
