Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare letters, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes for senior executives.
- Compile reports and create documents using various applications.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person, escalating as needed.
- Welcome visitors and address inquiries accurately and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist with procurement activities following established guidelines.
- Create and manage complex Microsoft documents and databases while improving processes.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, travel, and other arrangements for senior staff.
Requirements:
- Advanced MS Office skills
- 2+ years in an administrative role
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work independently
