Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD. The ideal candidate will possess a stable work record, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Meeting Coordination:
Organise meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Ensure all meeting logistics (venue, equipment, refreshments) are arranged.
Travel Arrangements:
Plan and book domestic and international travel itineraries.
Prepare travel documents, including itineraries, tickets, and visas.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Maintain and update confidential files and records.
General Office Management:
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Monitor and manage office supplies for the executive’s requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements:Experience:
Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Experience in Automotive industry would be advantageous
A stable work history with a track record of reliability and professionalism.
Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Attributes:
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
