What You’ll Do:

Design and Develop: Create and oversee the design of advanced electrical systems and components for complex, high-impact projects.
Lead and Inspire: Mentor and guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with mechanical, software, and project management teams to deliver state-of-the-art solutions on time and within budget.
Problem-Solve: Analyze challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement efficient and effective solutions.
Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating the latest technologies into designs to drive efficiency and sustainability.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
Professional Engineer registration with ECSA
Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems, automation, renewable energy.
Proven expertise in [key skills, e.g., circuit design, CAD software, PLC programming, etc.].
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
A passion for innovation and sustainability.
