Our client in the Western Cape - Atlantic Seaboard is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will hold a financial qualification (BComm or similar) and have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Pastel, Sage, and Microsoft Office is essential. Strong reconciliation skills and a high level of accuracy are also key requirements for this role. REQUIREMENTS:

Financial qualification (BComm or similar)
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Pastel, Sage, and Microsoft Office
Strong reconciliation skills
High level of accuracy

DUTIES:

Manage and maintain company records
Focus on Fixed Assets, Insurance, and Stock
Assist with the preparation of monthly Management Reports
Handle all VAT-related duties for the Group
Provide support to the Finance Manager, Creditors Clerk, and other Accountants with audits and other accounting functions

HOURS:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:30 or Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
