What you will be doing:

Dive into client data to analyse and resolve issues or suggest innovative enhancements.
Be the go-to contact for client tickets, ensuring smooth resolutions and clear communication every step of the way.
Use ticketing logging applications to streamline ticket workflows.
Collaborate with clients through calls and screen sharing to tackle challenges and deliver seamless solutions.
Monitor client reports and production runs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Customise and enhance client setups using JSON and SQL, enjoying high-quality standards and deadlines.
Foster strong client relationships by providing proactive updates and tailored support.
Work with a global team, sharing knowledge and staying at the forefront of industry trends to enhance client services.

What you can contribute:

While a global and multi-cultural organisation, English is their business language and the language used by all - Good written and spoken English is essential for this position.
Relevant tertiary qualification would be nice but not essential.
Experience in SQL would be great.
APIs, Jira, and Confluence would be a benefit.
Strong communication and client liaison ability.
