Main Purpose of the role:
The Successful applicant will be responsible for all admin related functions within the payroll department.
Education and Experience required:
- Matric
- Two year’s proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency with payroll processing software
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good phone etiquette
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Team Player
Key areas of responsibility:
- Responsible for IOD and COID related matters
- Generate UI19 documents and all related DOL requirements
- Provident fund and death related claims and queries
- Admin related task
