Description:
Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to join their team at our mining operation in North West. The ideal candidate will have a background in mining operations management, with a strong understanding of plant maintenance, process optimization, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the plant operation, including production, maintenance, safety, and environmental compliance
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control
  
• Provide leadership and direction to the plant team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track plant performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with various departments within the company to optimize production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• BEng/BTech Degree in Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering
• 10 years' experience in metallurgical plants and 5 years' management/supervisory experience.
• Experience in PGM flotation and chrome recovery plant.
• Valid Drivers License
