Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial policies and strategies to support the company's objectives
- Prepare and present financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage cash flow, receivables, and payables to ensure optimal liquidity
- Oversee financial audits and assess financial risks
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management
- Monitor and report on financial performance and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, preferably CA(SA)
- 4+ years of experience in a financial management role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
