We’re seeking a JSE Sponsor Executive to join an investment firm’s dynamic team!

Are you a driven professional with 2 years of experience in finance, investment, or corporate advisory? Are you eager to elevate your career within a prestigious JSE Sponsor environment?

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to JSE listing requirements and regulatory standards.
Reporting: Assist in preparing and delivering accurate financial and regulatory reports.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic guidance.
Equity Sponsorship Analysis: Support equity transactions through detailed analysis and evaluations.

Qualifications & Experience:

SDP certificate.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in financial services, regulatory compliance, or equity markets.
Strong understanding of JSE regulations and a passion for financial markets.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
A proactive attitude with a commitment to professional growth.
