We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in the service industry. Strong expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales deals is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the service industry.
Advanced expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and business development strategies.
Proficiency in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing techniques, and negotiation strategies.
Prior experience mentoring or coaching junior sales team members is advantageous.

Key Competencies

Exceptional expertise in cold calling, sales funnel management, and closing high-value deals.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support junior team members.
Advanced negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
