Cleaning and maintaining the retail space, and ensuring the safety of the building and its occupants

• Cleaning the building and grounds, including vacuuming, mopping, and shampooing carpets 
• Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing doors, windows, and toilet seats
• Ensuring the building is safe by checking that heating, lighting, and alarm systems are working, and that doors and windows are locked when the building is closed 
• Monitoring and reordering cleaning materials, tools, and furniture 
   
• Booking and supervising contractors for major repairs 
• Communicating with tenants about issues 
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times
