Requirements

·        A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., BCom / Business Science / CA / Actuarial Science / BEng / CFA) with a strong academic record;

·        Strong Financial modelling

·        Application of valuation methodologies, financial statements analysis, and good accounting practices

·        Knowledge of SME investment sector

·        Minimum 7 years of appropriate experience in a fund management entity

·        Venture Capital, Private Equity or Corporate Finance Experience

·        Demonstrate track record of originating, structuring and closing of complex transactions (have a deal sheet)

·        Experience in Valuations and Exits
