VACANCY: Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Data Infrastructure and BI Specialist. This role involves working across five critical project streams - Quality, Logistics, Operations, Packhouse Finance and Management, and Live KPI Assessment. The successful candidate will play a key role in building infrastructure and visuals (BIs), maintaining systems, conducting data integrity testing, and troubleshooting.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS:

1. Infrastructure Development and Maintenance

a. Build and maintain data infrastructure to support seamless reporting and data visualization.

b. Develop business intelligence (BI) visuals to drive decision-making.

a. Conduct thorough data integrity tests to ensure reliable outputs.

b. Troubleshoot system and data-related issues to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

1. Experience and Education:

o No formal education is required if relevant experience and skills can be demonstrated.

o Candidates with Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or Formal Coding qualifications are preferred.

o Packhouse Systems and/or relevant agricultural experience will be advantageous.

2. Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in R Programming and/or SQL is highly advantageous.

o Power BI Experience is also highly advantageous.
