Posting and faxing requested documents.
Forward queries to departments and give feedback to members.
Assisting companies with electronic submission of contributions
Candidate Requirements
Grade 12 with Afrikaans / Tsonga / Venda
Minimum of 1-2 years call centre / customer service experience.
Call Centre Certificate advantageous
Good attendance and Reliability
Communication, interpersonal and administration skills.
Customer services orientation.
Telephonic etiquette.
Multi-tasking skill
Problem Solving Skills
Stress tolerance
Knowledge of at least 2 different languages.
Computer literate
