Our client, a leading civil construction company based in the Northern Cape, with projects nationwide, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage their civil construction projects.

PROJECT MANAGER
NORTHERN CAPE AREA (BASE)

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management within the civil construction industry.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and processes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Must be willing to travel frequently and stay over between project sites.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
