An opportunity exists for a Business Development Manager with a software development concern based in the East of Johannesburg. The successful incumbent in will work within the commercial team and embark on an exciting journey at the forefront of innovation in the Fintech industry. They will play a pivotal role in shaping business development strategies, driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction and market position.
 

The person who will fill this role is passionate about driving business growth, cultivating sustainable relationships and connections, contributing to dynamic teams and shaping the future of fintech, this role is your opportunity to make a significant difference as a Business Developer.
 
 
You will be responsible for the following:
 

• New business acquisition
• Existing business growth
• Achieving sales targets and leads activation
• Sales marketing
• Administration and pipeline management

 

Qualifications:
 

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

 
 
Experience:
 

• Minimum of 3 years B2B field sales/external sales experience
• Proven track record in B2B sales selling software solutions
• Comfortable selling ro C-level Executives
• Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (able to travel from time to time)

 

Skill:
 

• Client relationship management
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Software and other relevant sales systems and tools
• Sales and analytics and forecasting
• Market research and basic financial acumen
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
