Your Role:

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive top-notch support and assistance. Your role will involve handling inquiries, providing solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, making sure their experience with us is seamless and pleasant.

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide accurate information about products/services and assist customers with troubleshooting and product-related issues.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and assist with billing inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
• Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately and followed up as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and quality assurance goals.
