Keys And Responsibiliities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through phone, email, or in-person.
- Present and sell company products/services to existing and new clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Report daily/weekly/monthly sales performance to the management team.
Candidate Requirements
- Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
