Job & Company Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join a reputable organization. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can contribute to financial decision-making and cost efficiency.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

2 to 5 years of proven experience in cost accounting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications:

A completed BCom degree in Accounting or a related field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform cost analysis and provide insights to support operational and financial decision-making.
Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and processes.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and variances.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost optimization.
Prepare detailed reports on cost performance and recommendations for improvement.
