Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various business units and domain experts to understand business challenges, elicit requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Analyze data effectively to answer critical business questions and provide insights.
• Develop and maintain data analytics solutions across platforms such as Microsoft Power BI, SSRS, SAP BW, and Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Employ a structured data analytics development cycle to implement robust solutions.
• Address ad-hoc data analytics and reporting requests.
• Identify opportunities to add value to the business through innovative data solutions.
• Share knowledge within the team to enhance technical expertise and business understanding.
• Stay abreast of industry standards and best practices to refine internal processes.
• Ensure all reporting and analytics solutions align with stakeholder expectations.

Data Visualization & Reporting

• Create and implement visually compelling reports and dashboards using best practices.
• Adhere to established standards and procedures within the Data Management and Analytics Team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in data analytics tools, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Python, or SAS, are advantageous.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience engaging with business stakeholders and implementing Microsoft Power BI dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale data sets.
• Strong experience in modeling business problems and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience in operationalizing data analytics solutions.
