Main Purpose:
The Internal Client Support Consultant isrequired to coordinate internal Sales duties effectively and efficiently in order to successfully retain, maintain and grow the existing client portfolio. This role provides internal and New Business support to the Sales team.

1. Operational Execution:
Client liaison
- Answer telephone calls promptly in a professional manner;
- Resolve client requests, queries and problems promptly and efficiently;
- Create or update client contracts and send quotations as per client requirements;
- Follow up with clients with regards to outstanding contracts;
- Understand clients’ the portfolios;
- Prepare contracts and presentations for client meetings;
- Assist the Sales team with queries, research and any other administrative tasks and provide internal and New Business support to Sales team;
- Ensure New Business calls and Courtesy calls are completed as per predetermined targets;
- Ensure the client satisfaction of the entire client portfolio.
- Product Coordination
- Be able to navigate all systems and products efficiently and effectively in order to perform all tasks correctly;
- Answer all product related questions and conduct client training sessions;
- Ensure that all Warnings are actioned and providing feedback timeously;
- Continuously complete refresher training on products and platforms.
- Internal liaison
- Ensure that effective inter-departmental and regional communication takes place on all relevant platforms;
- Ensure that efficient communication takes place with the Accounts department regarding billing and the accuracy of the CRM systems.
- Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are updated with regards to client complaints and difficult queries;
2. Administration:
- Ensure that contracts, agreements, and work produced is completed with attention to detail to ensure accuracy;
- Conduct proper keyword research to produce appropriate client coverage and results;
- Locate missing clips and remove irrelevant clips for clients;
- Ensure clip numbers and keywords are accurate;
- Check invoice accuracy and explain line items to clients;

Candidate Requirements
EDUCATION
- Completed Degree in Relevant Field (Public Relations, Marketing, Media or Communications).
EXPERIENCE
- 0 - 1 years in a Sales Role with administration experience.
