Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 qualification
Trade Test certification
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Millwright
Proven experience in the plastic manufacturing industry
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of preventative maintenance and machinery optimization
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
