Skills & Experience:
Proven ability to identify business issues and create compelling, high-level business cases
Expertise in managing senior clients across multiple delivery projects
Strong experience in designing and implementing digital change initiatives
Knowledge of global trends in automation, innovation, and leading practices
Ability to design and execute "design-led solution" workshops
Proficiency in re-designing complex business processes
Skilled in defining information and data requirements to meet digital needs
Experience in designing and overseeing Agile implementations
Background in analysis and using tools to diagnose and improve business models while mitigating risks
Excellent project management skills, including planning and adhering to critical deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building trusted client relationships

Qualification:
Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Degree
